5 years of working experience as Business Analyses and IT Architect to provide IT solution for client in IBM. 4 years of experience working in Chief Information Officer of IBM as project leader and iteration manager.
I made a strategic plan for Division K last year which was KFC. 
K: We are confident to become Division King F: Lean with fun. C: Member Care. 
That's the why division K is President Distinguished Division now.

What experience do you have in strategic planning?

Full of experience on client requirement analyses and work planning in IBM, strong capability to make the strategic planning and plan implement for company.

What experience do you have in the area of finance?

Human resource control to save cost when I was project manager in IBM.

 

What experience do you have in developing procedures?

To practice the successful experience we gained from Division K in the Distinct level and to create a more funny and happier D88.

What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?

Connection with members is the most important thing in Toastmasters. Meeting quality and learning with fun are the basic for club growth.

 

Why do you want to serve as a District leader?

To practice the successful experience we gained from Division K in the Distinct level and to create a more funny and happier D88.

 

In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?

To build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence. We should focus on 4 keys to Club Meeting Success which are variety, fun, time limits and project speeches. Focusing on members is more important than things they do

I am the person who can switch your TM mode from hard to easy, from boring to funny.
